TISANE
Pour a liter of cold water 30 grams of flowering tops.
Boil 10 minutes. Filter. drink

INFUSION
Infuse 10 grams of flowering tops in one liter of boiling water for 10 minutes. Filter. Take 3 cups between meals.

ROSE PALE (Ouerda Dimechquia) 1.Indications - Against my constipation (elderly, convalescents, children) 1.Mode of use : Infusion Put 30 grams of petals in ½ liter of boiling water.
